If you have checked the forum regarding this you may have noticed that it commonly happens to users who use the Outlook email client and this appears to happen although not always when Outlook is updated.
Oct 10, 2023 · Log onto your BTMail account using a browser, not an email client/app, and then click on your username at the right hand side. Select 'Settings' then go to the left hand side and select 'Mail'. Scroll down and click on 'Blocked Senders'. Scroll down the list until you find the one you want to unblock and select it. Click on 'delete'.

Feb 15, 2022 · BTMail Basic is free and can only be accessed via a web browser. It also contains adverts. It is what your BTMail is 'downgraded' to if you leave BTBroadband.
